​With certifications in Health & Wellness Coaching from One Medical and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) through Palouse Mindfulness, and a degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University, Naidre offers a holistic approach to coaching. Additionally, she has expertise in herbalism and medicinal mushrooms, integrating natural remedies into wellness strategies.

As a parent, Naidre understands the challenges of raising children and offers tailored guidance to help parents create balance, establish healthy routines, and develop resilience in their family’s lives.
Her own journey overcoming health challenges, including breast cancer, has fueled her passion for guiding others toward balance, resilience, and well-being.
